How to Register for a New Patient Appointment

Please read and follow all the steps below to successfully complete your registration.

Register as a New Patient

1. Please follow the above link to register as a prospective patient.

2. Once you've done that, you will receive an Email/SMS message with instructions on how to set up an account via the MYIO Patient Portal. This is where you will complete and sign the necessary clinical paperwork (titled 'CLINICAL FORMS') and select an appointment time. If you don’t see an appointment time that works with your schedule, don’t hesitate to reach out to the office via text or phone call to help with scheduling.  Once you've completed your paperwork on MYIO, our office will confirm your appointment.

3.The MYIO patient portal will be an important part of your care at Gatlin Psych, so please ensure you perform this step. MYIO will also be where you access telehealth appointments and where you can send secure messages to your provider

If registering more than one patient (e.g. yourself and your children or other family members) on MYIO, please follow these instructions

  1. Register the first patient through the received link either texted or emailed which is determined by the chosen method of communication selected when completing the prospective patient request.

  2. Fully complete the onboarding process for the first patient by completing all forms assigned in the patient portal.

  3. Log out of the first patient portal account.

  4. Each patient that completes a prospective patient form will receive a link with an activation code to register for a new patient.

  5. Follow the received link for the next patient either sent via text or email.  Complete all forms assigned to this patient portal.

  6. Once all forms are completed log out of this account completely.

  7. You will then be able to log back into the MYIO portal and choose which patient account to access.
